St-Germain is an elderflower liqueur made from wild elderflowers handpicked in Europe as soon as they bloom in late spring. St-Germain is the creation of American distiller Robert Cooper. Present from start to finish, the elderflower doesn’t just take center stage—it highlights a whole array of aromas and flavors that lend this captivating liqueur a wealth of contrasts.

Enjoy it with our Crémant St-Eloi during a tasting on Saturday, July 18, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Cave du Roi Dagobert wine cellar.
