The robe is golden yellow with yellow reflections. The nose is floral on the rose and the lily then fruity on the peach and the almond. The mouth is elegant, fresh and structured. The finish is floral with some notes of honey and acacia.

THE OLD VINES
Les vieilles vignes, 25 ans pour le Pinot Gris, 30 pour les Riesling et Gewurztraminer et 35 pour le Sylvaner selon les conventions européennes, produisent moins que les vignes plus jeunes. Ainsi, le rendement est plus faible, et les raisins plus concentrés. Les vins qui en sont issus, sont plus denses et plus aptes au vieillissement.
