Riesling 2022 Vieilles Vignes - Or Colmar 2023
The nose develops citrus and verbena aromas, with an elegant mineral note. The wine is sappy, nervous and dry, with a long, aromatic finish.

THE OLD VINES
Old vines - 25 years for Pinot Gris, 30 for Riesling and Gewurztraminer, and 35 for Sylvaner according to European conventions - produce less than younger vines. As a result, yields are lower and grapes more concentrated. The resulting wines are denser and more suitable for aging.
