Irmine
A skilful blend of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc and Riesling, Cuvée Irmine is a mellow wine. It has a brilliant, deep yellow color with intense yellow highlights. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit and dried fruit, with light toasty notes resulting from ageing. A fresh attack on the palate gives way to smoothness, followed by lightly toasted notes, and finishes with aromas of exotic fruit.

The Irmine legend
Princess and Abbess
Irmine, princess and abbess, daughter of King Dagobert II, gave her name to this tender yet complex blend of opulence and elegance. Cuvée Irmine is the perfect accompaniment to foie gras, desserts and festive aperitifs.
