    Apéro'Dago - Autumn wines and flavours - 17/11/23 7:30pm

    On Friday November 17, the Cave du Roi Dagobert invites you to discover its wines paired with autumnal dishes. Mushrooms, walnuts, butternut and smoked ham are just some of the seasonal flavors on offer.

    We'll be presenting 5 of our wines, paired with 5 appetizers, imagined and created by Marlenheim caterer Martin Wagner.

    Starts: 7:30pm
    Ends: around 10:30pm
    Cost per person: €16
    Venue: Caveau de la Cave du Roi Dagobert
    Bonus: 10% discount on wines tasted if purchased that evening.

    Street Bouche Festival - 09/30 and 10/01 in Strasbourg

    The Street Bouche Festival celebrates its 8th anniversary this year!

    Two days of regalade, games, hot sauce competitions, fanfare and much more, but always and above all, taste buds in paradise thanks to the tasty dishes of local restaurateurs but not only!

    As usual, there'll be homemade street food made with local and seasonal ingredients, local drinks of all kinds, places to sit, dry toilets and, above all, good cheer!

    Open House - Sunday, July 9

     
    On Sunday, July 9, our winemakers welcome you for an Open Day!

     

    Apéritif-concert with Balbronn folk music at 11am.
    Wine tasting and sales at the cellar from 10am to 6pm.
    Exhibition of vintage tractors in the cellar parking lot.
    Bar-lounge hosted by our young winemakers.
    Cellar tours from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with our winemakers.
    Gourmet tours by minibus: one stop in the vineyard for a commented wine and cheese tasting, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., departing approximately every 30 minutes.
    Children's games

     
    Lunch and dinner.
     
    Special offers on a selection of Alsace wines and crémants.

    We'll serve 5 cheeses from La Cloche à fromages in Obernai, paired with 5 of our wines. Each pairing will be commented on by one of our sommeliers.
     
    To ensure that the evening runs smoothly, please arrive on time, as the dishes will be presented one after the other to all participants.
